Once upon a time, there was a big, grumpy crocodile named Snappy. He lived in a big river and thought the whole river belonged to him. No one else was allowed to swim or play there. Can you guess how the other animals felt about that?

They were really scared of Snappy! They didn’t want to get eaten, so they stayed away from the river. The river used to be full of life, but now it was quiet and lonely. Even the fish were hiding!

One day, Snappy’s tooth started hurting really badly. He was so grumpy and loud, everyone could hear him. Even the little animals were scared, but one brave little mouse decided to help.

The mouse was tiny, but she wasn’t scared. She climbed up Snappy’s back and wiggled his loose tooth out. Snappy felt so much better! He was so grateful to the mouse that he decided to change.
